PVR INOX Brings Rajasthan’s First IMAX® to Jaipur This Festive Season, Opening with the Widely-Anticipated Ramayana

Nov 05: PVR INOX Limited, India’s largest and most premium film exhibition company, has announced the opening of its eighth cinema in Jaipur at Pacific Mall, VT Road, Mansarovar. The five-screen property features one IMAX® auditorium and four premium mainstream auditoriums. With this addition, PVR INOX further expands its IMAX® footprint in the country, taking its network to 27 IMAX® screens, while its total screen count in Jaipur increases to 78.

Arriving during the festive season, the new cinema, with a seating capacity of 949 seats, adds to Jaipur's Diwali celebrations, offering audiences an opportunity to come together and experience the magic of cinema on the big screen. With the much-awaited Ramayana leading its opening line-up, the launch brings an added sense of occasion to the festive season.

Designed to place audiences at the centre of the cinematic experience, IMAX® combines a giant, custom-designed screen, precision-aligned sound, proprietary image remastering and theatre geometry to deliver exceptional scale, clarity, contrast and realism. 

Located at the heart of Mansarovar, one of Asia’s largest townships, Pacific Mall is positioned as North India’s largest mall and Rajasthan’s most premium luxury retail and entertainment destination. Across its five auditoriums, the new cinema features 4K laser projection, Dolby Surround Sound and next-generation 3D technology. The experience is further elevated by Celebrity Recliners, a Cinema Food Court concept and intuitive Self-Ordering Food Kiosks across the lobby, guests can conveniently browse, customize, and order their favourite food and beverages with ease. This seamless blend of technology and hospitality elevates convenience and creates a modern, premium moviegoing experience.
