Delhi, Nov 05: Great Value Realty, one of North India’s prominent real estate developers, has onboarded Sanju Bose, Principal Landscape Architect, to lead the landscape design for its Ekanam project in Noida Sector 107. The collaboration reflects GVR’s focus on making landscape an integral part of the architectural experience, with greenery, water, movement and outdoor spaces woven into the project from the entrance through to the terraces.
The landscape at Ekanam begins at the arrival court and moves through the lower levels, stepped terraces and balconies, extending vertically up to the rooftop. Sculptural elements, landscaped porches, shallow lagoons and cascading water features are planned around the arrival experience, while vehicles move directly into the basement, keeping the surface-level environment more pedestrian-friendly.
The idea is to seamlessly integrate architecture with the surrounding landscape while providing state-of-the-art facilities and amenities.
A key feature of the design is the project's stepped balconies, conceived as intimate outdoor gardens that function as extensions of the home. The landscape continues upwards to the terrace, where greenery frames an infinity pool at the 40th floor, creating a shared space for residents to unwind and connect.
Commenting on the collaboration, Mr. Payas Agarwal, Director, Great Value Realty, said,
“The way we think about luxury is changing. It is no longer just about the home itself, but about the quality of the environment and experiences we create around it. At Ekanam, we are approaching landscape as an essential part of the architecture and not as an afterthought. Our collaboration with Sanju Bose reflects this new-age approach, where green spaces, movement, privacy, community and everyday experiences are designed as one cohesive ecosystem.”
Sanju Bose, Principal Landscape Architect, S Bose, said,
“Ekanam allowed us to approach landscape as a continuous experience rather than a series of isolated green spaces. The idea of fluidity runs through the project, from the water and landscape at the arrival level to the stepped balconies and the rooftop. We have focused on creating spaces that are visually distinctive but also genuinely usable from private outdoor gardens that extend family life to shared spaces that encourage residents to pause, connect and engage with nature.”
The collaboration adds to GVR’s growing roster of specialist consultants for Ekanam as the project advances through its design and planning stages, reinforcing its focus on design-led development and execution quality.
